On behalf of London region public sector employers, Salisbury are creating a Framework for the provision of employer-funded (non apprenticeship) education programmes. This is consistent with the drive nationally to ensure that the clinical workforce (which includes nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals) have access to programmes to develop their personal and professional knowledge and capabilities. Programmes offered will vary; and uptake will depend on the funding streams used by employers.
