Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint suitable, qualified and experienced contractors to a Term Service Contract to carry out \"Pot Hole\" repairs to a very high standard across the City Of Liverpool. The City Council are seeking a whole life costing approach to economic and critical repairs to the Highways Infrastructure. • The City Council require a contractor to undertake a programme of highways works where there is extensive deterioration of the carriageway condition due to high levels of dilapidation, structural failure resulting in the pot holes.
