This framework will deliver pothole repairs through provision of a surfacing gang with plant on a day rate basis to support in-house delivery of works. In addition the framework will include the supply of specialist patching works and the hire of plant for in-house operations teams to implement specialist patching techniques in carrying out repairs to potholes.
