The air conditioning and air handling units generally will be serviced twice a year although some sites may require further visits. For works on gas installations, it shall be a condition of the contract that in addition to the necessary skills and workmanship each employee shall have passed the appropriate approved code of practice (ACOP) and be a member of Gas Safe (or equivalent).
