THE WORKS Description: The demolition and removal of demolished materials off site of an existing three storey block to include the removal of basement, lower basement and foundations. Demolition works shall also include the breaking up and removal of associated hard landscaping areas and features such as pavements, walls, steps, ramps and the like.
