The Works comprise the construction of a new sports pavilion building comprising 4 Nr team changing facilities, 2 Nr officials changing facilities, multi use club room, bar and kitchen facilities together with associated ancillary rooms, services, drainage and external works. The Contractor is required to carry out and complete the whole of the Works to the standards set out in the Contract Documents and to maintain the whole of the Works in a clean, tidy and well organised manner throughout the duration of the Contract.
