PP15108 - Visual Webcasting for Council Meetings

The solution will allow interested parties, including local residents, to view Council meetings live over the internet as they happen. The solution will allow interested parties to view recorded meetings over the internet at a later date up to 12 months after the meeting took place. Meetings will be available online for a period of 12 months from the date of the recording. This content will be hosted externally by the supplier or its agents but be accessible by interested parties via the Council's web site.
