Parties: Wolverhampton CCG, Wolverhampton Council, Royal Wolverhampton Trust, BCP FT, BCHT, CHP, BC STP. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to procure a business case partner to support the delivery of the new projects as outlined below. This partner will develop the SOC & OBC considering an options appraisal as to the most appropriate procurement route. These works may include undertaking a PID and therefore we have outlined a specification for those works and an opportunity to price.
