The Council requires a supplier for the provision of School Place Planning commission focused on school-level forecasting and pupil yield from new housing developments. Birmingham City Council carries out school place planning and is responsible for providing forecasts and a strategy that supports the city's residents and schools. Ensuring sufficient schools and school places for children receiving state-funded education in Birmingham is a key city council duty.
