The contractor shall allow to install the new boiler, associated equipment and controls prior to the replacement of the existing boilers expansion vessel and safety valve. This is to ensure that the heating and hot water to the day care centre and health clinic are not affected by the works in any way with the exception of the flue works which must be undertaken in close liaison with the building operators. The contractor shall allow for all necessary temporary power etc. to enable the above clause to be realised. A new control points will be installed concurrently.
