What the buyer wrote

Consultant to undertake the potential for low carbon energy on St Ann's Hospital as it has been identified in the London Borough of Haringey's 2016 Energy Masterplan for being an ideal location to install a district heating network. The appointed Consultant will be expected to consider whether a Combined Power and Heating plant (or other form of district heating system) will be suitable for the St Ann's Hospital site, with opportunities to work with the National Health Service (NHS) Trust, to evaluate the probability of supplying energy to the proposed residential site and existing hospital site.
