Premises professional support for the delivery of Primary Care Infrastructure Fund/Primary Care Transformation Fund: NHS England North Region

The Primary Care Infrastructure Fund (now known as the Primary Care Transformation Fund – PCTF) was launched in January 2015 announcing the availability of £1bn over four years (£250m p.a.) to make a significant impact on the capacity and nature of premises and technology in primary care.
