.An interim contract is being directly awarded to an existing provider to ensure continuity of the provision and coordination of Primary Care services for patients registered with Merton CCG GP practices whilst the model of local provision continues to be reviewed and developed during the term of this contract. This interim contract effectively establishes a more efficient and effective singular contractual arrangement, to replace a number of existing smaller contracts for the provision of Extended Access Primary Care Service, Integrated Locality Team Coordination Service, Primary Care at Scale Service and the Quality Service contract.
