Where we are unable to undertake this type or volume of print activity in house we need to use external suppliers to undertake this on our behalf. In order to procure in a flexible, open and transparent manner we have chosen to offer this opportunity via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under the PCR 2015 regulations.
