Printed Pay & Display Tickets

Hull City Council has a requirement for outsourced printing of Pay and Display Tickets for use on and off street parking and meter zone tickets. The reverse of these tickets needs to used by the Supplier to sell appropriate advertising to cover the cost of producing these tickets and to potentially provide additional profit on a shared basis with the Authority The successful supplier will be expected to engage with third party companies to establish the advertising. The Supplier shall sell space on the reverse of All Pay and Display Tickets (On and Off Street Parking) tickets for advertising.
