Prior Information Notice for Process and System Change Partner

The purpose of this prior information notice is to advise the market of an upcoming procurement being undertaken Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC). The aim of the procurement will be to secure a Change Partner; which will be responsible for the review and rationalisation of a number of IT systems and SBC core processes associated. This is in order to optimise the process and operating efficiency across the Council.
