The PEF will comprise of 17 Lots . Up to five (5) suppliers will be appointed per Lot. Broadly, one call off competition will be conducted in respect of each Lot and one call off contract will be awarded per Lot to a single supplier. Suppliers appointed to a Lot will be mandated to participate in the call-off competition process for that Lot.
