This framework is let on behalf of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and the London Borough of Redbridge. The Local Authority has a duty to 'make arrangements for all service users who cannot reasonably be expected to travel to school because of their mobility problems or because of associated Health and Safety issues relating to their special educational needs or disability (SEND). The Contract covers the transportation of service users on various regular scheduled journeys using specialist vehicles.
