Private Sector Housing Surveyor for Disabled Facilities Grants

Additional resource is required to assist with the surveys, construction design, schedules of work and tender analysis, needed for the delivery of mandatory Disabled Facilities Grants for 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, following an increased allocation of funding from Department for Communities and Local Government to commit/spend by the end of March 2019 and March 2020 before unitary. The preferred method of recruitment, is of someone who is flexible, able to work on an hourly basis, week by week, subject to demand and throughout the number of enquiries and Occupational Therapist recommendations.
