The programme's aim is to support organisations to: -Engage in health and wellbeing for staff across all levels -Identify and embed workplace health as 'business as usual' -Increase impact and capacity of staff to improve workplace culture and behaviour -Evaluate what works and inform sustainable impact -Create communities of practice Healthy Living Ambassadors act as leaders and role models to colleagues sharing their passion, supporting colleagues and contribute to a healthy culture and working practice.
