The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to source a suitably licensed Contractor to deliver the Service which is composed of the keeping, recycling and treating of Comingled DMR. The Council currently collect around 42,000 tonnes of co-mingled DMR at kerbside each year which is then processed at either the Council’s and/or Contractors MRF prior to the resulting product being processed for subsequent sale.
