The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to source a suitably licensed contractor to deliver the Service which is composed of the collection, keeping, recycling and treating of Sweepings Waste (the "Recyclable Waste"). The Recyclable Waste will consist of but not be limited to; litter, soil, kerbside silt, grass cuttings, weeds and leaves collected by road sweepers The main objective of the contract is to divert waste away from landfill and to improve the Council's National Indicator "NI192" performance.
