Procurement for the provision of lift servicing and maintenance for PA Housing

PA Housing are going to market for the servicing and the maintenance of its portfolio of lifts. The procurement is broken down in to two lots with the end result of PA Housing appointing two providers delivering the service; a single supplier for Lot 1 and a single supplier for Lot 2. Lot 1 is for London and the South East which has circa 144 blocks comprising of 160 lifts in total with an approximately contract value £190,000.00 per annum inclusive of VAT.
