The solution will provide integrated legal case management, document redaction, court bundling, reporting and dashboard functionality, together with workflow automation, secure role-based access and mobile functionality. The requirement will also include implementation, migration of existing Council case data, training and ongoing support. Contract duration: 3 years, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each
