Procurement of a Software Application for the Collection of Patient Reported Outcomes Data and Related Services

NHS Sheffield CCG (hereafter known as the Authority) is seeking to procure a Software Application for collection of Patient Reported Outcomes Data and Related Services. The initial Implementation will be for the Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical pathways. On successful implementation and trial (lessons learnt) the Authority anticipates that the software and service will be required by other Clinical Pathways related to the provision of other clinical services to the Commissioners.
