The bid will be submitted to New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) in response to the £19m call for capital projects which will boost skills and productivity in the East. A key component of the Bid will be supplementary information demonstrating the viability of the project, particularly that it is developed sufficiently to achieve the timescales for delivery, ie January 2021.
