The purpose is to award contracts for the provision of services identified in appendix A. The services have been split into lots, with contractors able to bid for individual and /or multiple lots. The ambition is for the new contractor(s) to commence providing services from April 2017. The contractual term is 5 years with a break clause after 3 years.
