1. Laptop/Macbooks: EIS will require Hardware Break/Fix support of 565 laptops which includes a mixed economy of HP Laptops and MacBook's (some are Windows 10/macOS dual boot, some are macOS). These vary in age, being purchased between 2013 and 2020. EIS have deployed MSOffice via Office 365 All devices are encrypted using BitLocker (Windows 10) or File Vault (macOS) Approx. 10% stock are securely stored of each model for replacements and new starters 2.
