In line with EU Public Contracts Regulations (2015), Staffordshire University is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Broadcasting and Photography / Digital Imaging Equipment to be used for teaching purposes. Any agreement put in place will cover two Lots, (Lot 1) Broadcast Equipment and (Lot 2) Photography / Digital Imaging Equipment. The initial contract will be awarded for 3 years which may be extended by a further, maximum 2 years (12 months plus 12 months) subject to satisfactory performance. 3 months written notice will be provided of extended periods of the agreement.
