Project 1455 – Asbestos Removal to Service Ducts and Boiler Room at Earls Hall Primary School, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to remove asbestos to the service ducts and the boiler room at Earls Hall Primary School. The works will include the decontamination and encapsulation of a proportion of the main service duct and entire boiler room at Earls Hall primary School under fully controlled conditions. The work is to include enabling work for confined space access and all necessary H&S requirements. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract.
