Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to remove asbestos to the service ducts at Temple Sutton Primary School. The works will include the decontamination and encapsulation of the main service ducts at Temple Sutton Primary School under fully controlled conditions. The work is to include enabling work for confined space access and all necessary H&S requirements. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract.
