Project Light Development 1 Limited (“PLD”) is seeking to appoint an Energy Services Company (“ESCo”) for the provision of communal/district heating services at the Project Light development in south-east London. PLD is a wholly owned company in the Notting Hill Housing Group. Notwithstanding any statement on this notice to the contrary, PLD considers this contract to be a services concession contract.
