The Crown Estate is planning to establish a new framework agreement for Project Management Services including Programme, Portfolio and Change Management as well as associated Business Analysis services, referred to as Project Management (PM). The objectives are to ensure high-quality project delivery, access to specialist skills and experience, and flexibility to handle a pipeline of varied projects.
