Property Compliance Contract

North Somerset Council wish to appoint a supplier to undertake the Property Compliance Services contract.This contract is to include Statutory and Periodic Maintenance, Testing, Inspection, Reporting and Management services to mechanical, electrical and building fabric installations for premises primarily within the North Somerset district area.
