Property Condition Survey Project

The property condition Survey is required to deliver a systematic, uniform and objective report through assessment and gathering of condition information of all exposed and accessible parts of the list of buildings, and all electrical and mechanical assets within them. The approach should not only identify which items are in an appropriate condition, but also those which are not. The approach is to be thorough and enable the client to confirm that no items have simply been missed. As part of this Condition Survey project we wish to renew our Mechanical and Electrical asset lists for each building.
