Property Guardian Services

Halton Borough Council requires a service to appoint live-in guardians as an alternative means of security in identified Council owned and/or managed vacant properties. The Contract will commence on 1st April 2017 for a period of two years with the option for the Council to extend the Contract for two periods of up to 12 months each. Duties under the Contract include: Manage the full recruitment, retention and replacement of Guardians and deal with any issues that arise from this.
