The Council wishes to seek a Panel of Providers that can undertake the following in the main holiday breaks i.e. Easter, Summer and Christmas. This will be an open and flexible arrangement to allow additional Providers to join the Provider Panel throughout its lifetime. However, at the discretion of the Council, the Panel may be closed should commissioners deem there be sufficient panel members to meet demand. The intention of the provider panel is, that as a bidder, you will include an initial proposal to cover one holiday period. Where you are successful and are awarded a contract for delivery you may then be considered for direct awards for future delivery over holiday periods throughout …
