Contractor Responsibilities - Regular Services o Contractor will be responsible for all maintenance activities to be carried out by professional Representatives. - Trained Personnel o Contractor shall use only trained personnel directly employed and supervised by the Contractor. - Regular Inspection o Contractor shall make regular monthly visits (12 visits per year) to service the equipment o and make all adjustments necessary to keep the equipment in good condition. - Spare Parts o When repairs or replacements are necessary, Contractor will use spare parts which are Suitable for the equipment.
