Provision for a Social Management Tool

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) as the contracting authority are seeking for a suitable service providers to provide a social media tool that can provide secure access to all GMP social media accounts for all trained officers and staff. The tool will be required to provide fully audited access to all accounts to enable officers and staff to securely post content on behalf of GMP and to respond to messages from the public and other agencies. It must also be able to provide analytics of social media content and allow users to monitor open social media channels, follow, like and respond to users on social media.
