The works entail replacing nine faulty linear shower drainage trays, isolated repairs of concrete screeds in showers, the replacement of all vinyl floor coverings in showers, and all skirting detail in the changing rooms. There is a further requirement to strip out the bottom three rows of tiles to each shower area to enable the floor trims to be fitted.
