The Essex Fire Authority wishes to award a contract to provide an integrated IT system to deliver HR, Payroll and Learning management functions. The Essex Fire Authority require a specialist e-HRM solution offering core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Self Service and Learning Management modules. The Authority is looking for a ‘vanilla’ system which will require either none, or minimal configuration and that is capable of capturing the complexities of the Authority’s work patterns and varying terms and conditions of employment.
