Provision of a Lost & Stray Dog Service including a Kennelling Service

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint a sole contractor for the Council's Lost and Stray Dogs Service, inclusive of collection, transportation and the kennelling of the animals for a period of up to 7 days.
