ASC089 - Promoting Independence - Care at Home Service The Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell wishes to appoint 6 Contractor(s), which are registered with the Care Quality Commission, to provide a Promoting Independence - Care at Home Service in Sandwell. The service will be provided on a short term basis to people who require care in their own home to ensure that their independence is maximised and that those people who formally enter into the care and support system do not unnecessarily grow dependent on it but strive to maximise their strengths and achieve their outcomes.
