Provision of a Recruitment Agency Service for the Supply of Temporary Workers and a Temporary Resourcing System

In order to support the University's requirements for temporary workers there is a need to engage a supplier that will provide a standalone system that the internal resourcing team can utilise to manage University temporary resources and also utilise to engage staff through the agency itself if roles cannot be filled internally.
