Provision of an Online Electronic School Meal Payment System

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to deliver a web based online electronic payment system for school meals within its Primary Schools. It is envisaged that approximately 130-150 Primary Schools (39,000 - 45,000 pupils) within the Bradford district will utilise this system. Key stakeholders will include the Council, Schools and Parents/Guardians Any system must be readily accessible to all and be able to provide information on current balances in addition to both a history of payments and where appropriate of free meal eligibility both via benefits and via the Universal Infants Free school meal scheme.
