The Contractor will be responsible for the collection and processing of Contract Material and the marketing and transfer of Recyclable Materials to reprocesses. The Contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years and then again for another 2 years, giving a total of seven (7) years (the Term).
