Liverpool Mutual Homes is seeking to appoint a single provider that will provide Damp Proofing and Timber Infestation Survey Services to any of LMH's current stock where Damp or Timber Infestation has been identified by LMH Officers. Please be aware that the successful contractor will only provide a technical survey, with recommendations for works to be completed. LMH will complete any works following the report being received.
