Provision of Defence Intelligence Transformation

Since June 2015 external management has supported the implementation of the full DI Operating Model (DIOM). That work has involved detailed design, development and implementation of a new, pan-organisation operating model for Defence Intelligence. It has formed the core of DI’s strategic transformation activity that aims to see a fundamental revision and optimisation of its structures, processes and outputs. Completion of the next phase in the programme is a challenging task and falls in line with the Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) 2015 commitments that Defence and JFC have committed to within the Defence Intelligence context.
