Provision of Domestic and Commercial Lifts

Liverpool Mutual Homes (and its subsidiary's) own approximately 15,000 homes throughout the City of Liverpool, and manage lifts within their commercial properties also. Liverpool Mutual Homes are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Maintenance and Repairs to both its Lifts within Commercial property, and its Lifts within Domestic property. The contract will be split into 2 Lots, however, contractors are encouraged to submit a response to all Lots they feel they are capable of meeting the standards requested.
