ASC090 PROVISION OF AN EMPLOYER LIABILITY INSURANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICE Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ("The Council") invites tenders for the provision of an Employer Liability Insurance (ELI) and Support Service in order to provide a high standard of support to our eligible Service Users who use their Direct Payment to employ one or more Personal Assistants. This may be the first time these people have taken the role of employer and they need to be made aware of their legal responsibilities.
